Payment information
Cash payment is preferred, particularly for individual treatments, however card payment options are available. I will gladly provide an invoice on request.
Most private healthcare insurers now cover British Acupuncture Council members. To find out if you can claim back your fees, check the BAcC’s list here, or better yet, contact your insurer directly for information.
Gift vouchers are also available.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. I do have to charge for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice up to the full cost of the treatment.

Private treatments
For those who prefer more individualised treatment in a private setting, are wanting to work at a deeper constitutional level or for more complex or chronic issues.
Depending on the condition and whether it is acute or chronic, a package of five treatments scheduled weekly is generally recommended to address initial health and wellness needs, and then assessed and adapted to meet your individual needs.
Initial assessment and treatment (1.5 – 2 hours): £65

Community clinic multi-bed treatments
Useful in an emergency, for an acute complaint or if you are looking for a more affordable treatment in an informal environment. This option is currently only available on Monday afternoons: 2pm - 6pm.
Initial assessment and treatment: £35
Subsequent treatments : £25
